Refund Policy
Rental Agreements with Moomtaz Self Storage are on a month to month basis. The security deposit is refundable provided all outstanding payment are cleared at the time of move out, appropriate 'notice to vacate' is given by the tenant, the unit is left clean and empty and all rents are current and paid in full.
There are no refunds for partial month's rent. However, if you provide notice that you intend to move out before you make your final rent payment, we will prorate your last month so you pay for only the days used.If you have prepaid for a full month and have not used any days of storage for that month we will issue a refund for that unused month.
Refunds are transfer to the bank as provided by the tenant and may take 2 or 3 weeks.
